Faith-Based Business Training | Practical Skills | Real Impact in Africa
Who We Are
At B4T Africa, we are passionate about community development through entrepreneurship and skills training. Our mission is to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools, mindset, and support needed to succeed in business — and to become agents of positive change in their communities.
Equipping Entrepreneurs for Real-World Success
At B4T, we offer a well-rounded training approach that blends practical business education, spiritual development, and real-world skills. Our goal is to empower individuals not just to start businesses — but to become ethical, capable, and resilient entrepreneurs who create lasting impact in their communities.
Entrepreneurship & Business Skills Training
Students receive essential training in how to start, run, and grow a small business, with a focus on ethics, leadership, financial literacy, and long-term sustainability.
Physical Skills: Sewing & Pattern Drafting
We equip students with trade-specific skills in sewing and textile work, enabling them to create high-quality products and pursue self-employment or small-scale manufacturing opportunities.

Let’s Make It
“Let’s Make It” is our in-house production hub, where graduates of our program can gain hands-on experience and generate income by producing high-quality products. This space allows them to apply what they’ve learned while building a real portfolio and client base.
A Shared Market Approach
We recognize that many startups struggle to access customers. That’s why we create and share real market access with our entrepreneurs for their first 2–3 years. We partner with CSI-aligned businesses and local networks to offer opportunities, gradually reducing support as entrepreneurs grow into independence.
Supporting B4T Africa means supporting locally owned businesses that uplift communities and create jobs.

Why Small Business?
In South Africa:
91% of formalized businesses are SMEs.
SMEs provide around 60% of all employment.
They contribute approximately 34% to GDP.
Small businesses are a proven driver of inclusive economic growth and innovation. When you invest in small entrepreneurs, you help build a stronger, more resilient South Africa — one business at a time.
